Hello Oliver,

the protocol can be, I think, come to the next weekend. Bob wrote it and Tom will publish it in the KBA forum.

The Euro Cup with France, Netherlands and Germany were the cornerstone of the KBA. It was and is a good thing. At the moment, but 3 rounds might be too much. I still think a Eurocup in northern France in Gravelines for the best location for all countries.

We are planning a Eurocup in Germany next year, but that's not sure yet.

We will keep working in the winter to create a compact KBA Rulebook. The FISLY rules is too old and too complex. Here comes the fun at sports too short.

Joint EC and WC, there may be with the other classes, but not a must. At the moment it is not possible that all classes can align a EC or WC together. There are too many participants (over 300).

Also, our "kite buggy" is sports media too short and goes under by the landyards.

A voice in the FISLY does not aim at KBA. We want to work in partnership with the FISLY, but make our own rules and events themselves. Of course we will have common rights of way, etc.. That's for sure.

So please wait for the Minutes, we have discussed everything on Borkum.

We had diskuss this in the KBA Meeting.

Please wait for the Minutes.

Maby, we make an EUROCUP next Year like the Eurocups Series. See you under eurocups.org

In Germany we have a lot of Events next year. Maby, we do one of the Eurocups.

A nice Place for all countries is Gravelines for an Eurocup. Maby, its possible to organize together at this place.

But not official Fisly Eurocup.

regards Jens

New Contract in Sankt Peter Ording 31-Jan-2012 13:12 Forum: Announcements

Dear Friends,

since Jan 1, 2012 there is a new contract coming into effect for our kitebuggy area at St. Peter Ording. It took a lot of effort to reach an agreement and we are happy to announce that we now have a long-term perspective for keeping the spot open.

In its original form the contract did not allow foreign buggy pilots to drive in SPO. Only members of the GPA (German Parakart Association) and YCSPO (Yacht Club St. Peter-Ording) were permitted to use the area.

We have now reached an modified agreement that allows foreign pilots to drive at St. Peter Ording with a special permit.

You need several documents to apply for the permit:
* Valid license from a recognized national association of the GPA
* Valid certificate of membership from that national organization
* Valid third party liability insurance (Eur 3 million for persons and property, written conformation in German or English language).

You can use the following form to submit your data, the required documents and the period of your stay.

Apply for a permit in SPO

We will send you an automated confirmation via email immediately after receiving the form. After that, we will check your data and notify you when your permit is ready. After arriving in SPO you need to obtain the written permit from either Horst Nebbe or Hape Ulmer, contact data is available in the notification.

Friendly regards

GPA e.V.
