Once again I'm surprise, I feel right not to come as Master and open do not fit to anything, I mean that as I read some french team pilot (for SPO) register in open men (B), or pilot member of APC8 board in the fisrt half register also in open men.
My way I read that is the people implicated to sort open and master is not applicable in France.

I may informe more about how we would welcome all pilots at the "Grand Prix du Marquenterre" on november 22nd & 23rd :
At www.naturotel.com in Fort-Mahon, by annoncing you as pilot or through my nam (olivier Cannic) you will have a special price for 2 nights (friday and saturday) you will have a proposal for a rest in a flat for 2 to 6 people (to be precise when you book).
For the saturday night lunch, we will propose a global proposal for all marshalls and pilots in the bar-restaurant la BODEGA (avenue de la plage à Fort-Mahon) just indicate you want to be there when you pre-register you for the competitien !

For information : riding in "the réserve de la baie de Somme" is forbidden, this area is competely at the south of the beach, some "beach-policemant" care of this part.

On open category, I saw people with ability to be in the master one, this bring the open competition without any interest for the one which are far from the master level.
On the other side, some competitors in the open list are more like beginners, without any test or licence exam passed.
For my point of view the best pilots riding in the open category should be switch to the master one, and beginners should be authorized.

I had a look on the open-men list for France and I saw a personn with an individual number : CAT ...
But on the RIRC, I did not saw any CAT country, anyone know about this ???
